They had a good inventory of gear also and even price matched a helmet for me from a local dealer and beat their price (including tax) by a few dollars. It saved me about $43 from what most websites and stores would have cost me. I bought a helmet, jacket, boots, and gloves from them too because no one else had enough variety of products or sizes for me to find what fit or what I liked. I’ll be back. "

The staff gave a price, which matched online; however didn’t recognize price at checkout. Instead, charged $100 more. Nice store, nice items, horrible location and clean store. "On September 23, 2020, I met with the store manager of the Greensboro, NC Cycle Gear store, Shannon, I explain to Shannon that I was wanting to order 2 sets of the Cobra 3918 complete exhaust systems for my 2009 Suzuki Boulevard C50t and my wife's 2014 Suzuki Boulevard C50t. Shannon was absolutely outstanding in helping to order the exhaust systems for the bikes. Shannon was sure to explain about the lead time and that the exhaust system would be in most likely by the end of the following week Oct 02, 2020. She then informed me that first respondents receive a 10% discount on this purchase. On Friday September 25, 2020 the exhaust were delivered to my residence. A week earlier than expected.
The installation was easily done. The performance of the exhaust systems is top notch. They look great on the motorcycle and sound outstanding. They have just the right rumble to catch people's attention, but not to be offensive to the public. This kind of service and performance is what will bring me back to Cycle Gear in Greensboro, NC.
